Series 40000-200 Load Monitor System The Load Monitor System (LMS) is a self-contained package that will accurately determine pulling loads within 10%. It features a digital readout and is factory set to readout load values from zero up to 6500 lbs. There are audible alarms for both High and Low speeds - these can be switched off if the user prefers not to use this feature.
The Load Cell is hard wired to the readout unit. Assembly to the TUF-Lugger™ is straightforward. The location for the Load Cell is immediately in front of the Power Pack and assembly only requires locating the unit and lightening of 2 locknuts.
The LMS unit itself is mounted on top of the Power Pack. Simple removal of the cover allows access to 2 securing bolts for attachment. The cover is then replaced and the electrical supply for the LMS unit is provided by the covered outlet plug in the top of the Power Pack adjacent to the LMS location. No separate supply is needed. Total installation time for the LMS is approximately half an hour. The installation is now permanent and removal is not required for transporting or any other reason. Note also that the LMS unit is fitted with an audible alarm and data sender for optional use of a data recorder. This is not supplied with the unit. |
