The Floor Mount Frame is designed to be secured to a concrete floor and provide an anchor point for the Power Pack.  The construction is simple and assembly of the Power Pack takes only minutes.  (Caution must always be used to use the proper securing bolts - 5/8” Hilti Bolts or equivalent - and to install them as per the manufacturer’s recommendations.)
