This product is specifically designed for Cable Blowing applications and although the TUBE-LUBE^® 326 is an all purpose lubricant and quite suitable for cable blowing, there are those that will insist on using a more traditional type of lubricant.

The TUBE-LUBE^® 336 fits that bill.

Available in single quart containers or 1 gallon pails, TUBE-LUBE^® 336 is compatible with all cable jackets and all types of ducting.

The product is used to pre-lubricate the ducting before installing the cable. The TUBE-LUBE^® 336 is first poured into the end of the duct, then a DCD Foam Bird (series 58230) can be blown through the conduit pushing the lubricant ahead of it and spreading the lubricant around the wall of the duct. Normal usage for this is approximately 1 quart for 6000 ft of conduit.

Additional lubricant should be placed in front and behind the cable carrier to ensure sufficient lubricant for the entire operation. Normal usage is approximately 1/2 quart in front and 1 quart behind the cable carrier for 6000 ft of conduit.

This product can be used in temperatures between 14 and 120 degrees F.
