Power Pack Assembly (Series 40000-100)
The Power Pack is a completely self-contained mechanism that actually does all the pulling for the TUF-Lugger™. The 2 speed motor, power cord and foot switch are all attached to the Power Pack as well as the capstan and feed-out sheave.

Load Monitor System (Series 40000-200)
The Load Monitor System is a self-contained package that will accurately determine pulling loads within 10%. It features a digital readout and is factory set to readout load values from zero up to 6500 lbs. There are audible alarms for both high and low speeds – these can be switched off if the user prefers not to use this feature.

Manhole Adapter (Series 40000-300)
The Manhole Adapter is designed to straddle the open manhole and provide an anchor point for the TUF-Lugger™. The Manhole Adapter will work with manholes from 18" to 36" and has two tabs that locate inside the manhole for safety. These are easily adjustable without the need for any tools or wrenches.

Floor Mounting Frame (Series 40000-400)
The Floor Mount Frame is designed to be secured to a concrete floor and provide an anchor point for the Power Pack. The construction is simple and assembly of the Power Pack takes only minutes. (Caution must always be exercised to use the correct securing bolts - 5/8" Hilti bolts or equivalent - and to install them as per the manufacturer’s recommendations.)

Universal Extension (Series 40000-500)
The Universal Extension frame is designed to get to those really hard to reach corners and still be able to locate the duct guide squarely into the ducting. It mounts directly onto the end of the standard TUF-Lugger™ with all the existing hardware that comes with the TUF-Lugger™. The unit has the ability to be rotated 90 degrees in either direction thus giving total flexibility inside a manhole to reach any location.
