Extraction Tools for Filter Tubes - Fast, Safe and Pull-Tested

Designed by DCD to reduce maintenance downtime when filter cleaning in pulp and paper mills, the Series C2010-100 and C2010-110 Extraction Tools are made entirely of stainless steel components, with the exception of a polyurethane expansion bung. These tools are used to remove floor seated, perforated filter tubes. There are two sizes available at this time: 2-3/8" and 2-3/4" inner diameters. A request for 2-7/8" is now in progress.

In order to use the tool, simply turn the Tommy-Bar 2-3 times in a counter-clockwise direction. This will grip the inside of the tube, which has been pull-tested at 300 lbs. minimum. These tools come with an eye bolt for rapid hoisting, which makes life much simpler for the remover. Quick clockwise turns will free the tool, readying it for the next pull.
