With the enormous amount of HDD installation going on today, DCD offers the solutions
to Multiple Installations with their Multi-Puller™ as well as offering 3 different kinds of
Pulling Eyes designed to fit right into the Puller. The Multi-Puller™ is designed to pull the
00604, 00620, and 00650 type pulling eyes.

Available in different sizes to accommodate different numbers of different sizes of duct,
the Multi-Puller™ will keep the ducts up close to the reamer and the bell shape will
protect the leading edges of every duct, as well as helping to pack the hole ahead of the
ducts.

Multi-Puller™ features include:

• Welded steel construction.
• Bell shape helps "pack" the hole after reaming.
• All leading edges are concealed within unit.
• Housing offers protection to the bundle of ducts being pulled.
• Steel clevis head with hardened pin to attach each duct puller.
• Each clevis head can be easily rotated to accommodate alignment of each
duct puller.
• Other sizes and spare clevis' available upon request.

Type "A"

Part # 00604 series [More Information]

The Screw-in or Carrot type Pulling eye is one of the most commonly used
pulling devices. It has a simple, inexpensive, one-piece construction with
two flutes designed to actually cut a thread in the bore of the duct as it is
screwed in. Virtually impossible to pull out, this product is hard to beat.

The 00620 series Pulling Eye is an exceptionally well proven expanding
jaw puller. They offer longer jaws with more teeth than any other puller on
the market, allowing deep penetration into the duct and an even grip inside
the bore. As an optional extra, Outer Sleeves and Polyurethane Pluggers
are also available if required.

The 00650 series Pulling Eye has a built-in outer sleeve as well as expanding
jaws that go inside the ducting. When installed, this Pulling Eye completely
seals the duct preventing any mud or water from entering during pullback
This can save hours of cleaning before installing the cable and although the
00650 costs more, it will save money in the long run.
