Blaine, Washington. There are no duties or taxes to be added to the prices shown (State Tax in CA without California Resale Certificate).<\/li><li>Standard DCD shipping policy is that freight will be prepaid and added to the invoice unless otherwise stated on the customer order.<\/li><li>Orders with an Invoice total over $2,000, CI products only, that can be shipped via UPS\/FedEx Ground to any single US destination will be shipped &#8220;Freight Free&#8221;. HDD products do not qualify for this offer.<\/li><li>&#8220;Freight Free&#8221; does not apply to certain CI items including, but not limited to, Lubricants, Duct Rodders, TUF Luggers, Lashers, Lashing Wire, and Pull Tapes. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dcddesign.com\/pdf\/free-freight-eligibility.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Please check this list to see which products are eligible for free freight.<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shipments to the USA (DUB Distributors):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>All pricing is F.O.B.
