This position requires the following skills:

• A background in supervising in a manufacturing environment
• Leading a small team of assembly and machining personnel
• Computer Skills (basic)
• Administrative Duties related to personnel and maintenance requirements
• A self-driven person, dedicated to team building and quality improvements
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to read drawings
• Work with other cultures/backgrounds
• Review Shop staff performance
• Assess and Suggest improvements to equipment, processes and materials
• Meeting Deadlines
• Housekeeping
• Lead Shop Improvement Projects
• Assist with R&D Projects
• CNC Machining Experience Preferred
• Experience with Shop Budgets, tool and shop supplies
