Eagle Lasher (Series 61700)
The Eagle Lasher was designed and built to meet the requirements of the 21st century cable lashing jobs. Sized to install CATV or fiber optic cables, it's lightweight, durable and simple. Since its introduction four years ago, the design has proven itself on the strand, from the Arctic Circle to Asia Minor.

With a bundle capacity of 2-1/4" or single cable up to 2", the Eagle lasher will single- or double-lash most Last Mile or FTTH installations. Careful material selection and precise CNC machining have trimmed the weight of the machine to just 25lbs - significantly less than other lashers of this size range.

Like all the DCD lashers, the Eagle does not need traction from the strand; it uses the tension from the lashing wire to drive rotation. This lasher uses industry standard straight-hub wire spools that are loaded into a pair of drop down magazine for added convenience.
