Tube Lube Applicator - 35100-003 Series In response to customer requests, DCD Design has developed a new Tube Lube Applicator. This manually pressurized spray tank features a metal container and is more durable than the previous plastic tanks that this model replaces. It comes complete with a pressure gauge that allows the user to monitor the amount of lube being sprayed onto the cable via the included hand-held wand. |

Steel Duct Checker - 08400 Series By customer request, DCD Design has expanded our range of 08400-Series Steel Duct Checkers to include an 8" Schedule 40 size. The steel discs are laser-cut to ensure a consistent fill ratio for your ductwork, mounted on flexible wire rope and swaged for pulling either end. |

Gold Carrots - 00604 & 00605 Series DCD Design introduces a new finish for our innerduct "carrot" pullers! Currently, the 00604 and 00605 Series of carrot pullers feature a Zinc Bronze Dichromate finish, as opposed to the previous Nickel-Chrome plating. This new finish will offer better corrosion protection to the carrots as they wear. |

Extraction Tool - C2010-100 and -110 Series Designed by DCD to reduce maintenance downtime when filter cleaning in pulp and paper mills, the Series C2010-100 and C2010-110 Extraction Tools are made entirely of stainless steel components, with the exception of a polyurethane expansion bung. These tools are used to remove floor seated, perforated filter tubes. There are two sizes available at this time: 2-3/8" and 2-3/4" inner diameters. A request for 2-7/8" is now in progress. |

Duct Checker - 08500 Series *New Sizes Added* By customer request, DCD Design has expanded our range of 08500-Series Duct Checkers to include 8" sizes for both Schedule 40 & Schedule 80 duct. The tough, high-density polyurethane discs are mounted on flexible wire rope and swaged for pulling either end. These Flexible Mandrels are sized for ducts from 1-1/4" to 8" nominal diameters, providing a fill ratio of about 90%. (Compare the maximum disc diameter listed on the website to your actual duct to determine the exact fill ratio.) The larger 6" & 8" Duct Checkers are available in Schedule 40 or Schedule 80 sizes to better fit the actual duct dimensions. |

3/16" Detectable Duct Rodder - 52200 Series DCD Design introduced the Detectable Duct Rod to the market in 2003 to accurately locate existing ductwork underground when fitted to standard locators. Now were pleased to introduce the new 3/16 detectable rod, to expand our line up from the 5/16 and 7/16 rods. The 3/16 rod is ideal for short runs and small ducts where the larger detectable rodders are more than necessary. The compact, lightweight frame of the 3/16 rodder shares all the proven features of the DCD Reel Rods, and adds a multi-socket terminal box to attach to a standard locator. |

Innerduct Pulling Eye ("Carrot") - 00604 Series *New Sizes Added* Introducing the 00604-175 Innerduct Pulling Eye for 1-3/4" nominal duct diameters (1.66" - 1.81" inside diameter, or metric 50mm duct). The Lug Type pulling eye is recommended when attaching directly to a line swivel or other clevis-type connector. |
